# Anti-Piracy Protection for E-Books

# How to Enable Anti-Piracy Protection for Your E-books

This feature is designed to protect your content from piracy.
When enabled, your clients' information (name and email) will be displayed on all the pages of the e-book.

| A watermark, consisting of the name and email of the buyer, will be inserted at the top of all pages.

### Additional Protective Measures

After activating the watermark, you can also enable other protective options:

Block Ctrl+C: This prevents the customer from copying the content of the e-book.

Block print option: This prevents the customer from printing physical copies of the content using Adobe Reader. Note that they may still be able to print if they use a different PDF reader.

Password protection: The e-book will require a password to be opened. (The password will be the buyer's email)

| Be sure to inform your students about the password! You can include this information in the content of the class where the e-book is located.
