How to Fill in the "Customer Support" Section When Creating a Product
When creating a product, it's essential to provide accurate information about your sales and customer support page.
Sales page
The sales page is a website where you promote your info product. The link to your sales page is required for our team's review.
If you don't have a sales page, you can include a URL for your social networks (e.g., Instagram).
Support email
This is the email that your customers will use to ask questions about the product, request refunds, and more. This email address will appear in receipt emails and in the members' area.
If you leave this field blank, your account email will be used.
It's recommended to always verify the correctness and validity of the support email. This avoids customer refund requests due to lack of support!
Producer display name
This is the name you want to appear in your members' area and login email as the "author" of the product, often referred to as the "expert" who created the course.
If you leave this field blank, your company name will be used.
