# How do I open the e-book/PDF I purchased

You can easily access the file by opening your course and selecting the desired content.
Then, under **Attachments**, click the **PDF **file to open your e-book.

# Why is the file asking for a password?

Some sellers add password protection to their e-books.
In these cases, the password is **your email address** used at the time of purchase.

# Having trouble opening the file?

1. **Using the Kiwify app**
The file should open automatically after downloading. If it doesn’t, make sure your phone has a PDF reader app installed, or that it’s set to open PDFs in your browser. Since each phone has different settings, the easiest way is to download a PDF reader app. Common options include **Adobe Reader**, **Google Drive**, or **Microsoft Office**. Once installed, open the app, locate the file, and select the PDF you want to read. 

2. **Using a browser**
If you can’t open the file in your browser, it may be blocked by cache.
Simply clear your browser’s cache and try again.
