# I completed the course but the certificate option didn’t appear

Some courses may not include a certificate.
In this case, you’ll need to contact the seller directly to confirm and request it.

| See the guide: How to contact the producer

# I still can’t download my certificate

If pop-ups are enabled but it still doesn’t work, the issue may be related to **cache data**. Clear your cache and try again.

Another option is to access the course through the **Kiwify App**. On the app, the download is made automatically to your phone.

# I can’t find the downloaded file

You can check your downloads directly in your browser (menu > Downloads) or by searching in your phone or computer’s “Downloads” folder.

# I can’t open the file on my phone

The file should open immediately after downloading.
If it doesn’t, make sure your device has a PDF reader app installed or is set to open PDFs in the browser. Some common PDF reader apps are: **Adobe Reader, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office**.

To open this way:

1. Download the file.
2. Open your PDF reader app.
3. Select the file you want to view.
