# What are Thank You Pages and How Do They Work?

Thank you pages are the pages your customers are redirected to after they complete a payment. These pages are often used in digital marketing as a follow-up to the purchase that has just been made, serving as an opportunity for upselling.

You have the option to use Kiwify's default pages by leaving the URL field blank (which we recommend), or you can use an external thank you page of your own design.

# Where to Insert a Custom Thank You Page?

Navigate to the **Products** menu, click on your product and then on the **Settings** tab.

Next, input the URL of your custom thank you page in the designated field.
