# How to fix a wrong email entered at purchase

If you entered the wrong email address when making your purchase, you need to contact the seller of your digital product directly. They can resend your access to the correct email.
When contacting the seller, make sure to provide as much information as possible about your purchase, such as: 

* Product name
* Full name
* Incorrect email
* Correct email

This will help the seller resolve the issue more quickly.
