How Identity Verification Works



To withdraw your balance on Kiwify, it is necessary to verify your identity.

This is an essential process to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Is Identity Verification Mandatory?



You can use the platform, configure products, and make sales without verifying your identity.

However, withdrawals will only be released after account verification.

How to Verify Your Identity



After your first sale, you will receive an email requesting document and selfie verification. Just click the "Verify Identity" button in the email to start your verification.



Follow the provided instructions to complete the verification.

Which Documents Can I Use?



You can verify your account with your ID card or Driver's License (CNH).

We recommend that your CPF be included in the document used, as this makes verification easier.

The CPF on your document must be the same as the one registered on Kiwify.

Use the physical document for verification. Do not use scanned photos or screenshots.

Can Minors Verify Their Identity?



No. The minimum age for registration is 18 years.

My Camera Isn't Working, What Can I Do?



You can do the verification on another device, but it must be done through a mobile phone!

Can I Sell on the Platform as a Foreigner?



Currently, you need to have a CPF and a bank account in Brazil to register.

If you are a foreigner residing in Brazil, you can use your CPF.

If you are not a resident in Brazil, unfortunately, we cannot accept your registration at the moment. We hope to be able to work together in the future!

What to Do If My Verification Fails?



Below are the most common reasons for verification refusal, see how to resolve:

- The CPF is not on the document
It is important that the CPF be on the document used for verification. If yours doesn't have it, you can try with another document.

- The CPF on the document does not match the account holder
Only the CPF holder can do the verification! If you have registered someone else's CPF, ask them to do the verification.

- You tried to verify with a screenshot of the Digital CNH
Use the physical CNH (paper) to do the verification.

- The selfie is different from the document photo
If your document is very old, or has changed appearance a lot, the verification will not work. You can try with another document, or renew the current one. To do the verification, don't forget to take off glasses and facial accessories.

- The document has expired
You can try with another document, or renew the current one.

- You tried to verify with a document that is not an ID card or CNH
These are the only documents accepted at the moment, if you don't have any of them, you will need to request from the responsible institution in your city.
