Mastering the Comments Feature in Your Members' Area
The Kiwify members' area is equipped with a comment section, providing a space for meaningful interaction among students and instructors.
Activating Comments in Your Members' Area
Navigate to the Members' Area of your product, select the Settings tab, and scroll down to the Comments section.
Here, you can personalize the way your responses appear by selecting a display photo and name. After enabling the comments feature, make sure to save your changes.
A new tab, labeled Comments, will now be visible. You can click on it to monitor and approve comments related to your course.
Approving or Declining Comments
If you've chosen not to enable automatic comment approval, you have the option to individually approve each comment made by your students.
To do so, simply click on the Comments tab.
A list of comments will appear, allowing you to either approve or reject all comments collectively using the checkbox.
Alternatively, you can click on each comment to provide a personalized response or to approve/reject on a case-by-case basis.
Please note there is a 300-character limit for comment responses.
The feature also allows you to filter comments by status and class, as well as use the search bar to pinpoint specific comments.
