How to access the digital product you purchased


When you buy a digital product through Kiwify, access is delivered directly to your email. This ensures that you can start enjoying your purchase quickly and securely.



  1. Open your email inbox.
  2. Look for an email from Kiwify with the subject “Access your product”
  3. Inside the email, click the "Access my product" button.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the product page, where you can log in or create your password if it’s your first purchase.



Didn’t get the email?


If you can’t find the email, try the following:


  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
  • Make sure you typed your email correctly during checkout.
  • Search for the subject “Access your product” in your email inbox.


Accessing through the student dashboard


Besides the email link, you can also access your product anytime through the student dashboard:

  1. Go to student dashboard
  2. Enter the same email address used for the purchase.
  3. Log in with your password (or create one if it’s your first time).
  4. Your products will be listed and available for access.
  5. Alternatively, click on your Profile at the top right corner of the screen.



Common Issues


  • Wrong email address during checkout: If you entered an incorrect email, you’ll need to contact the producer to fix it. How to Contact the Producer
  • Forgot password: Use the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page to reset it.


Important Notes


  • Access is personal and linked to the buyer’s email.
  • If the product includes additional materials or updates, they will also appear in the student dashboard.
  • For any technical issues, contact the product’s support directly.
