How to access your certificate

Your certificate will be available as soon as you complete 100% of the course. To generate it, simply click the banner that appears at the top of the members’ area.

The download will start automatically using the information saved in the platform.

I completed the course but the certificate option didn’t appear

Some courses may not include a certificate.

In this case, you’ll need to contact the seller directly to confirm and request it.

I still can’t download my certificate

If pop-ups are enabled but it still doesn’t work, the issue may be related to cache data. Clear your cache and try again.

Another option is to access the course through the Kiwify App. On the app, the download is made automatically to your phone.

I can’t find the downloaded file

You can check your downloads directly in your browser (menu > Downloads) or by searching in your phone or computer’s “Downloads” folder.

I can’t open the file on my phone

The file should open immediately after downloading.

If it doesn’t, make sure your device has a PDF reader app installed or is set to open PDFs in the browser. Some common PDF reader apps are: Adobe Reader, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.

To open this way:

1. Download the file.
2. Open your PDF reader app.
3. Select the file you want to view.
