Where to find the producer’s contact
When you make a purchase via Kiwify, you receive a confirmation email titled “Access your product – [Product Name]”.
Inside that email, you’ll find the producer’s contact information just below the product details.

I contacted the producer but didn’t get a reply — what should I do?
If the producer doesn’t reply, our support team can check if there’s an alternate email address registered with us. To do this, reach out via help@kiwify.com, and we’ll pass on the correct contact if available.
You can also try contacting the producer through their website or social media (for example, Instagram).
What if I can’t reach the seller but want a refund?
If you’re unable to get in touch with the producer, you can request a refund directly through Kiwify — as long as you are still within the 7-day refund period.
We process refunds immediately after your request. Once Kiwify confirms it, your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to complete the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up their process. To begin, go to our refund system.
