Where to find the producer’s contact


When you make a purchase via Kiwify, you receive a confirmation email titled Access your product – [Product Name]”.

Inside that email, you’ll find the producer’s contact information just below the product details.



I contacted the producer but didn’t get a reply — what should I do?


If the producer doesn’t reply, our support team can check if there’s an alternate email address registered with us. To do this, reach out via help@kiwify.com, and we’ll pass on the correct contact if available.


You can also try contacting the producer through their website or social media (for example, Instagram).


What if I can’t reach the seller but want a refund?


If you’re unable to get in touch with the producer, you can request a refund directly through Kiwify — as long as you are still within the 7-day refund period.

We process refunds immediately after your request. Once Kiwify confirms it, your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to complete the refund. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up their process. To begin, go to our refund system.



We can help with payment issues or access to the digital product. We’re unable to provide assistance with product content questions or with refund requests submitted after the 7-day period has expired.
